I am so angry right now this is the second time this is happened To me. They have agents they do not understand English English dont listen to your concerns just do whatever they want to I called this morning to verify a pending transaction the customer service rep reported my car lots of stolen I asked her not to I told her over and over again I never asked for my car to be reported stolen she did it anyway remind you Im at the store getting gas and coffee for work and on my way to the grocery store to get food for my children she continue to tell me what was best for me acid not to disable my court Ive been through this before she did it anyway I hung up on her while making my transaction at the store I got a text message letting me know that she had disabled my card she reported lost or stolen. Call him back I cant get any help I asked for a supervisor cannot get a supervisor on the line this is the second time this is happened to me using this service

they did the same thing to me I'm going to get chimes very soon I got paid today and I cant get any money out..
that just happen so pissed off changing cards to chimes very soon
