Refund

I did a transfer from my bank account to my skylight one account and the transfer was $400. Ive ordered something online and they both declined and it doesnt even show the transactions on my accounts also it states a negative $7.00 balance from POS signatures ? Im not even sure what that is Ive only used this card twice . Im trying to figure out what is there that I need to do to get this problem fixed?or to get my refund back?

Daniel Vekony - I cannot access my account

Dear Sir/Madam!

My name is Daniel Vekony and I have contacted you some time ago about having trouble accessing my Skylight account. I apologize for the delayed response.

To summarize your answer, you told me to use the site's "forgot my password feature" which is reasonable.

What I've neglected to tell you is I (with some help) have tried to sign the site that I have lost my password, but it gave me the same response every time.

I don't remember literally, but the point was that I should try it again at an other time of the day. We tried it multiple times, at different hours, but the system's response has been the same every time, so either there was something wrong with the server when we tried (at the day I sent my first email) or I cannot access the site from Hungary.

I hope we can find another solution to the problem.

Failed investigation

My account was hacked almost 100$. That's a lot for me. Netspend did their so-called investigation and found "no errors". Bull. Therefore, I do not feel safe using their system. Nor do I feel respected whatsoever by customer service.

Can't get a hold of customer service about my money And you can't get through to them You're trying to call customer service and they just give you 2 straight to computer at I don't like that I want to speak to somebody in person on the phone about my money there was taken off because I made order in order didn't go through but they took the money off of it anyway

Stolen card not being replaced or credited

My cards have been stolen and reported as such and they were supposed to have been shut off, however just last week I sW my cards being used by the same people without my permission nor would they bring me my things or give them back. Knowing I have no clothes and you're using my phone's, tablets and power bank and why wouldn't you give me my things? They haven't replaced. Y last 7 cards with all the deposits nor gave me the information to contact the deposit is r and originating reasons as why the deposit is for only me. That is not cause to insult my intelligence as hey I'm not the ones purposely stealing while ruining another person's life. FYI I nam not getting my mail or packages so my USPS, UPS and FEDEX guys and women, who do I have to sleep with to get a cheeseburger, andabeanbburtitowith Dr pepper?that's 4*4 right? I am trying to recieve my money back

My account was frozen in March I was gold I would receive a paperback in the mail April 8 no check when I called skylight customer care number and the first representative was of no help the second told me my check wasn't processed until April 5 so it will supposedly be here April 16. What really upsets me is that I have had no money because all my money was in the account. And I am on my 3rd week without money. I will make sure I let everyone know not to use skylight or netspend. I have been inconvenienced by this and couldn't get a representative who would do anything about it. I am going to wait and see if my money comes on the 16th if not I guess I will have to contact a lawyer.
