Fraudulent charges on my wife's account.

They refuse to return the money in a timely manner. Keep giving her the runaround. She has done everything they've asked, and your team has had plenty of time for your investigation. I think it's time for the money to get put back into her account. Going forward I will be taking legal action, against Skylight One, and it's representative. D

Trying to access a all access card for another account it says something about dispute I don't have any disputes

I have called you all 3 times this week trying to activate my all access card unable to do that because there was a dispute on my other account which happened 2 months ago it's already solved this week everytime I talk with customer service they assure me it would only take 1 day to get dispute off I called back tonite talked to 2 different customer service dispute still on there cannot register my all access card wich has Christmas money on there wich each customer service promised me I could register my card today well that ain't happening because dispute still on there and I just got off phone with customer service and he hung up on me I'm very pissed off

Skylight One - Terrible agents

My name is Sasha White, I have called over 5 times to resolve an issue with my card. Every agent that I have spoken to looking for help has failed me George, Maria and Love have all failed in helping the customer.

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. The first agent George cut my card off without asking if thats what I wanted to do. Not one of the three agents understood me and would not transfer me to a supervisor. I have been with this company for years.

I have never been on hold for more that 5 minutes today Ive been on hold for 30 minutes. Tomorrow morning Ill be calling back taking my cash and no longer using skylight for business.

Company stole money from us.

Company canceled our card bc of a fraud alert. We called to receive another card but they never sent it and claim we received it. Been calling for almost 2 months either trying to get a new card or take our money out of our account but company keeps telling us that we either arent card holders or they cant do anything about it. Or they just flat out Hang up on us. They completely stole our money and are saying theres nothing we can do about it.

If I don't clear out my own account some how some my money gets taken, some random company will just take my money when I did not authorize the transaction. I put in two complaints got two different cards this is my third card and I've been hacked again or my money has been stolen again, last night at 2:08$28.09 has been taken out of my account while I was asleep and I'm going to call anymore I'm not going to deal with this as soon as I get more money on my card I am removing it disabling my account and I'm leaving
