I have been noticing a POS signature decline fee on my Skylight account when my accpunt is overdrawn. Thats it , in the photo attached it doesnt say who is charging me nor is it clickable to learn more information about the fee.

When I called skylight I knew what POS signaturw fee meant and assumed someone had may account info, made a fake card, and was trying to use it to make purchases at store when my account is overdrawn. First of all, they necer would verbally say what POS stands for and I ask several times lol. 2nd ..turns out Skylight is charging me this Point Of Sale fee when Spotify is trying to make an authorized reaccuring withdraw without funds to do so. So..how in the *** can spotify charge me a $1.00 fee for my card being declined when I am not at the Point, (location) of the decline.

They could if I was at a Spotify retailer and swiped my card and my card didnt work. Now, Spotify can charge me for their efforts made without payment but not Skylight. They use to not do this and the fact that the POS signature decline fee is not highlightable coupled with coustmer service instructed to verbally not say what POS stands for is higjly incriminating. The Cardholder Agreement even states that the retailer may charge me a POS decline fee and that they are in no way responsible for/or under obligation to mitagate the fee that its between myself and the retailer.

Skylight is not a/the retailer in this transaction.

I didnt swipe my card at a POS onsite terminal to have it be deemed insufficient funds and rejected. Please help or clairify.

And when you call for customer service you can barely understand the people like usually I wouldnโ€™t care but when it comes to my money I would like to understand what the *** is being said.

Iโ€™m in the damn negatives now because of this crap. -$13 and something cents to be exact.

Evil Apples kept trying to restore a purchase before the deadline was even up. I had no idea how to cancel a subscription either. I looked everywhere and there was no help at all.

I finally figured it out today but Iโ€™m already in -$13. Iโ€™m extremely pissed and itโ€™s not like I can call to fix it anytime I call I have to get pissed off in order for them to do ****ing anything.

Oh also if a cash register doesnโ€™t work and the system is down it will still charge you a decline fee Found that out while on vacation

The same things happened to me and I havenโ€™t used the card since it had $3.00 left on it, how do I fix this?????

I haven't even tried spending anything after i knew I had barely anything on my card i didn't use it still am not im being charged for a decline fee How! I haven't used it im pissed infuriated

I'm furious!! I lost 11 dollars to decline fees IN ONE DAY.

that isn't counting all the others i've gotten. this happened yesterday.

I just want though the same thing but the took a 1.75 out my account each Time in total they did it 3 times before I canceled my membership with Spotify
