Skylight Visa - The worst experience EVER

Someone stole my credit card number and charged almost 300$ in charges I filed a dispute, they said they were doing an investigation HAHAHA they are full of crap. I wasn't informed I had to do a real investigation myself, by that time it was too late, their customer service treated me like garbage on EVERY level. This is the worst banking service I've ever had!!!!

Skylight Visa - They had the nerve to call me a liar

I disputed the charges of 580 when my card was stolen and when i got the answer bacl they said that it was determined false because of the geographical location of my address there is no way that my card was stolen and being that i did not change the pin on my card i was lying
