This company is TRASH! I tried to use a check to get funds and it ask fot a cardholder approval number and a authorization number.

It clearly says in bold letters, DO NOT ACCEPT THIS CHECK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Then at the bottom of the paragraph it says do not cash if there is a authorization number on the check. These statements are very misleading and resulted in me not getting any of my money for a minimum of 3 days.

I am definitely looking for a attorney to file suit against this company. They have caused me to pay bills late and accure all kind of late fees.

The instructions for the check also say that the bank personnel are to obtain the authorization number, not you. If you take it to the bank with the number already on it, that implies it has already been cashed elsewhere.

The cardholder approval number is to be obtained by you and the authorization number is to be obtained by the person to whom you present the check for cashing. The instructions clearly state this - that's why it says not to cash it if it already has the number (because the cashier is supposed to obtain it, per the clearly written instructions).

I am also looking for an attorney as they have caused me the same issues. And, they actually believe that they are doing no wrong!

Customer service sucks even the supervisors. This whole company is a joke.
